Karina and I decided that it would be fun this year to get our families together for Christmas Eve since we were the only ones in town from our side of the family. We all had such a good time! We began the evening with crafts and then had a yummy dinner. The kids then put on the nativity play for us -- it was so cute; they came up with their own costumes and Hailee directed and narrated them. They all did such a great job! Next came some fun Minute to Win It games, a gift exchange, and then we found some pj's that Santa had left on our front porch. After Karina's family left we read the Christmas Story out of the scriptures and then put out some cookies, milk, and carrots for Santa and the reindeer. It was such an enjoyable evening and we all had a ball being together!
