Hailee showed her 2 goats as well. They did not do so well this year. One of them was being EXTREMELY stubborn and would not walk. He would literally lay or kneel down or completely fight her and pull backwards. Thank goodness she had won with her chickens the day before. She had a lot of friends show goats this year as well though so that was very fun for her.
Megan and Hailee also entered the home econmonics food competition and both won. Hailee won Best in Class Cookies for her frosted lemon cookies. Megan won Best in Class Quick Breads for her Poppyseed Bread. They were both eligable to enter these in the auction as well but opted not to. You can only enter one winning item and they both chose to enter their animals instead.
