We did the annual pumpkin carving last night for Family Home Evening. The kids always enjoy drawing the creative face they want carved, pulling the insides out, and then toasting the pumpkin seeds. Unfortunately Jason was at work late and was not able to participate with us, which is obvious by my lack of pumpkin carving skills. One year we painted the pumpkins instead but the kids just did not like that near as much. The love getting gooey from "the guts" (as they call them).

Good job carving on your own- I always wait for Rich to do it! Hailee's hair is so cute short!
